  When can I get my Serial Number?
  You can receive your Serial Number immediately via email after your payment.
  
  What if I have paid for the program, but still did not receive the Serial Number?
  In normal circumstances, you can receive the Confirmation Email including your SN sent by our auto email reply system within several minutes after your payment. In case you couldn’t get it in time, it might be blocked by the anti-spam filters. Please check your junk or spam folder. If it is not this case, please contact us at support@faceoffmax.com.
  
  If I lost the Serial Number, what should I do?
  If you lost the Serial Number, you can contact us at support@faceoffmax.com to ask for your original SN. Please remember that you should provide us with detailed information about your purchase, such as order ID, email address, user name, etc in your email. We will send you the Serial Number within one business day after receiving your request email.
  
  Can I use one Serial Number on two computers?
  I’m afraid you can’t. One SN could be only used on one computer at the same time. If you want to use it on the second computer, you need buy a new SN or uninstall the program from the current computer and then install it on a new PC and activate it using your SN.

  Why should I pay for the Full version?
  You can download the trial version of Face Off Max and try it by free. However, with trial version you cannot enjoy the benefits of no watermark on your photo, more new-added templates and etc. For detailed information, please consult the page of "Buy Now" on our website.
  
  Can I cancel my order after placing it?
  We are sorry that your order can not be canceled. Due to the automated way that orders are processed and fulfilled, once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. If you would like to request a refund, please see our refund policy.
  
  How to order the Full version?
  We highly recommend secure online ordering: through credit card or Paypal. It is fast and secure. You could receive Serial Number via email within several minutes after your payment.
  
  Can you make sure that my privacy is 100% safe and secure?
  We understand your concern for having your personal information secure. All Payments are processed through PayPal secure server. We do not store any credit card information on our servers and will never share, sell, or trade your personal information to third parties.
  
  Is it secure to buy products from other websites?

  How much does the full version of Face Off Max cost?

  Do I need to pay for updates or any other fees?
  Definitely not. There are no annual fees and no hidden charges. And the updates are all free. You can download and try any new trial version. You only pay what you see on the order page.
  
  Can I get an invoice?
  For every purchase, you can get an electronic invoice. When your order is processed successfully, the payment platform will send you a confirmation email. You just need to click the link and print it by yourself. If you lost the confirmation e-mail, please contact us at support@faceoffmax.com.
  
  I paid for the full version, but I'm not so satisfied with your program. Do you have a refund policy?
  If you are not satisfied with the product, then let us know within 30 days of purchase, and we will give you a full refund.
  
  If I do ask a refund, when can I get my money back?
  Generally it will take 3~7 business days for the credit to appear on your account after the refund request has been approved.
  

  Technical Troubleshooting

  Is there any difference between saving project and saving picture?
  Yes. If you save your work as a project, you can reopen it whenever you want to edit it. And all your operation must be undertaken when you are running the software. But if you save it as a picture in your computer, you can view, print and send it without running the software. Please choose save buttons carefully when you are trying to save.
  
  Will Face Off Max still keep my old projects if I update it to the latest version?
  Yes. Face Off Max will keep all your existing projects no matter which version you are using unless you delete them yourself.
  
  In what format will Face Off Max save my photos?
  Face Off Max just provides *.jpg as the saving format.
  
  In what format can a photo be used as face file or body file?
  Face Off Max accepts photos in face file or body file in formats of *.jpg and *.png.
  
  Can I add more faces to my photo?
  This is actually one of the specialty of Face Off Max. When you enter into the final step of making your photos, you can click the small logo at the top of the page to add more faces to your photos. You can try it to make your photos funnier.
